Breeding Predictions with Non - Existent Customs
Started By
Well, I'm sure all of us have wondered if it's worth it to make that Custom to breed pretty pups into our lines. I thought I'd suggest something that might help with that, right? I'm sure this would be a lot of work for our staff, I really do understand that, I'd just like some criticism, and hopefully it's constructive, and your time to look at this.

I'm currently trying to figure out if it's worth it to make my custom, and if he'll make pretty puppies with my other females who exist already. But this is just something I'd like to see on the site.

You don't have to support if you don't want to, I'd just like some feedback if you like the idea or not :3 Thanks for giving me your time!

Ouch D: Once again, this is why I've actually thought this would be a nice idea.

I was actually trying to do this last night. I didn't have any dogs the colour of the custom I wanted, so I had to find someone who did and use their dog hahah :C

Yeah have run into that problem with my pits - I love the way they look but they tend to throw not so great looking pups - especially the pair that I had planned to put together. Would have loved to run predicts before hand to tweak them as needed.

I like this idea! I've been thinking about this before, whether its worth it or not to buy a certain custom. :)

Yeah I think that's how it should be done :3 Good input Shin.

Support on my end first of all

As for a way to do this:
It can be a page where you can enter the #ID of a dog on one side and re-enter the patterns of an unexisting dog on the other. That's similar to how the predictor tool works, isn't it? Reading the patterns and pulling up random numbers from what's been listed.
Maybe this can be somehow incorporated into the actual pup predictor page if Robyn and Kitty can figure out how to make it? Either enter 2 #IDs or one ID and one unexisting custom or even 2 unexisting customs. That's just my idea though :)

Yeah, I was thinking that too. It would be a lot of work but hey, why not suggest it right?

I would love this (and I've been thinking about it for a while). Just last week I made a custom to breed with my other custom, but after I spent 15 bones making him, his predicts with her were horrible :(

I haven't been able to think up a feasible way to do this, though. Maybe if there was a generic "Sample Dog" of each breed (or something) that you could put markings on and test with your own dog... But yeah, I think that would be a lot of work =/

Well, it wouldn't be an item per say. I'm sure I've got more things to work out, but it would be allowing us to have an unmade custom, and an existing dog, pup prediction. To see if it's worth it to make that custom or not :3

1. How and what would this item do?
